Product: HP Pavilion 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-eh1000 (2K4Y7AV)

My battery has been running for a month with an INCOMPLETE DISCHARGE, it has been discharging ONLY up to 40-50% all this time and then I connect the charger, so 30 cycles of INCOMPLETE discharge-charging have already passed, but the diagnostics says that the battery is OK, why does the battery not request calibration in diagnostics? When will she request calibration? Full capacity - 41 (85%), remaining capacity - 35 (100%)

I see that you are facing battery calibration issues with your HP Pavilion 15.6 Inch Laptop PC 15-Eh1000 (2K4Y7AV).

 

Please follow the steps from this document to calibrate the battery manually.
