Welcome to the HP support community.

Could you elaborate on the issue for better understanding?

From where are you updating the drivers?

I received notification from HP support assistance dashboard informing me I have a new update to download and install. So it is coming from HP support so I assume they know and about it.

My HP laptop came with windows 11 installed and this driver update is always for windows 10. However, I believe my laptop was originally windows 10 but came with a free windows 11 upgrade package. But like I said it was pre installed when I got my laptop. So far the their as been 9 of these and each have a different reference number.  Hence my ?

I have the same problem. 8 updates for the Realtek RTL8xxx Series Bluetooth driver for Microsoft Windows 10 (DCHU) and I have now got a notification to update again! I have a HP 15s-eq2510sa laptop bought with Windows 11 in September 2022. The model number doesn't appear on HP's list and my product number doesn't match up either, so I can't get any further with support - even though my machine is still in warranty.  Not worth a jot I'm thinking, so I'm hardly likely to extend this am I? I guess I'm going to update for the 9th time and no doubt the weekly HP Support Assistant check will show yet another update next week. I'm hoping that there's no harm in just ignoring it as I don't use the bluetooth function on my laptop anyway. Frustrating!

Hi @Gary2paws,

Welcome to the HP Support Community

I understand you are facing an issue with your HP 15.6 Inch Laptop PC 15-E2000 (2J4W0AV). The screen is not turning on Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

Please try the following Troubleshoots steps.

1.    Turn off the Unit.

2.    Disconnect the AC adapter.

3.    Remove any discs from the disc drive.

4.    Remove memory cards from the card reader slot.

5.    Disconnect all nonessential peripheral devices, such as printers, scanners, external hard drives, and USB flash drives.

6.    Disconnect the AC adapter press and hold the power button for approximately 15 seconds.

7.    Reconnect the AC adapter, and then turn on the computer.

Step 2

Turn off the unit and please press and hold the Windows key + letter B key and the power button together for 30 seconds after 30 seconds, 1st release the power button but keep holding the Windows key and B key for ten more seconds and then release these two keys If done correctly, you will see the display flashing once. Please attempt it thrice as this step and Restart the unit

Step3

The unit has to be turned off, Press Win+ V while holding these two keys then Press the Power button, continue to hold all three keys for 30 seconds and then release the Power button first and then release these two keys Please attempt it thrice  and then you may get a Pop-Up CMOS Check and it will restart the unit

Even if you don't get a Pop-up restart the unit manually after 3 attempts.

After the above  troubleshooting steps if the unit  turns on

Uninstalled all the drivers from  your PC and re-install   Realtek High-Definition (HD) Audio Driver - Picasso/Dali/Renoir

I hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Thanks for the response but I think you must be answering somebody else's question. My  problem is not with my laptop screen (which is working fine), but with receiving (now)10 of the same updates for the Realtek Bluetooth driver which don't work and trigger further notifications. Can you either stop these coming or provide one that works with Windows 11 please.
