Whom to ask?
Our Community is not associated with the HP Store - and that assumes you purchased the computer from HP.
If you purchased the computer from HP,
If the Tech Specs for the model and the description for the model includes the Pen,
The pen should be included with the computer at purchase.
If you purchased the computer from HP,
Contact the HP Store Customer Service.
