I don't know what is your Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-e0000 (2V8Z4AV) machine and the image is too bad, very hard to read. You machine may NOT use iGPU at all.

Since igpu is a part of CPU why igpu shows the temperature much lower than CPU temperature.
And you can click on images for better clarity.
