So I was playing valorant and everything worked just fine. After some time I started playing again but it was having bad framerates and it was freezing. I opened it and I saw that one cooler wasn't spinning. I sent it to be repaired, and when it came back I saw that my video card wasn't working at full power, it was stuck at about 20%. I tried everything, like setting it for best performance in nvidia pannel, and changing power plan but nothing worked. And I checked if there is any option in bios that can help me but I don't have the advanced tab, again I tried anything to show it but nothing worked. Any ideas? Thanks!

You said you sent it to be repaired. Was this to an authorized HP Service Center? If so, where?
