Hi! everyone!

My laptop is pavilion 15-aw0002cy. this spec is installed A-9 9420 APU.

and i want change motherboard is installed A-12 9700 APU or A-10 9600 APU.

but i found different one point on motherboard is installed A-10 APU.

Look at this pic. This pic is installed A-10 APU.

What is chip located left side on pic?

If this is graphic chip, why doesn't included on CPU?

I saw many times like this motherboard only with A-10 APU...ONLY A-10 APU.

Hi,

If you are buying a new motherboard, some in that series came with dedicated graphics and others without. You can also install a motherboard with dedicated graphics, however you will need to replace the heatsink.

On page 48 of service manual you can see all compatible motherboards with part number
