Hi @Farzam2,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.
Thanks for sharing those details. Based on your description, it sounds like your HP laptop experienced a critical hardware or firmware failure. Here's a breakdown of what might be happening and what you can try:
Symptoms You Described
- Wi-Fi and Bluetooth options missing: Suggests the wireless adapter may not be detected by the system.
- Speakers not working: Could indicate audio hardware failure or driver corruption.
- Sudden shutdown with blinking orange light: Often points to a hardware fault, such as RAM, motherboard, or power issues.
Steps to Troubleshoot
1. Check the Meaning of the Blinking Orange Light
- On HP laptops, a blinking orange light near the power or charging port often indicates:
- Battery issue
- Power adapter fault
- Hardware failure (e.g., RAM or motherboard)
Let me know the exact blink pattern (e.g., 3 slow blinks, 2 fast blinks) and where the light is blinking (near the power button, charging port, etc.).
2. Perform a Hard Reset
- Disconnect all peripherals.
- Unplug the power adapter.
- Press and hold the power button for 15 seconds.
- Reconnect the power and try turning it on.
3. Try BIOS Recovery
- Press Windows + B, then hold the power button for 2–3 seconds while still holding Windows + B.
- If successful, the BIOS recovery screen should appear.
4. Check for Loose RAM or SSD
- If you're comfortable opening the laptop, Recommended only for Experts:
- Reseat the RAM and SSD.
Check for any signs of damage or overheating.
I hope this helps.
Take care, and have an amazing day!
