I have bought a hp 15-bs658tx on 2 years back in hp showroom in india ( tamilnadu, tiruppur ). My problem is why the graphics card is radeon r5 m330 instead of radeon 520 .They shown in the menu book it is radeon 520 but my friend told me yesterday that it is not radeon 520 with the help of cpu-z.
And my laptop screw is got spinning ( only one ). I cant remove the screw to upgrade ram.And this the first time i am dismantling the laptop but it is already broken.
Is my laptop support nvme m.2 ssd .And please specify the maximum capacity that i can insert like 250gb or 512gb.

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, After reading your post, I did go through the Product specifications of your product and found that you have
AMD Radeon™ 520 Graphics (2 GB DDR3 dedicated) installed on this PC. However, due to AMD driver update the name of the AMD Radeon changed and it's normal. As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now.
I would request you to reach out to our Support and our Support Engineers should be able to check the available service options in order to diagnose the computer physically. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link: www.hp.com/contacthp/
