I have a Realtek RTL8852BE-VS WiFi card and i want to upgrade it, the problem that I'm facing is that most of the WiFi card I see has 2 antenna wire in it, while my laptop only has 1 antenna wire in it. Do I have to find a compatible WiFI card that that only works with 1 antenna wire? Or can I put any WiFi card in it? (For example Intel WiFI AX200)

Unless you buy and install the second antenna wire a better Wi-Fi card would require, you won't be able to upgrade the Wi-Fi card to anything better.
The dual antenna kit part number can be found in chapter 3, page 21 of the service manual.

Due to the extensive disassembly required to add a second antenna wire, I would recommend against doing it.
If you want to go through all of the work involved to add the second antenna wire, the Intel AX210 non-vPro should work:
Intel AX210 Wi-Fi 6E 2x2 AX + Bluetooth 5.2 M.2 2230 non-vPro HP part # / SPS # M27269-005
