Hi I have on my notebook stopped working wi fi it catches on one strip and does not connect reinstalled Windows the problem remains changed dns server also does not help how to fix it

My wi-fi is not working on my laptop. It is constantly running on one stick and won't connect. Reinstalling windows has not helped. What is the cause of this? I have watched many videos on the internet but none of them helped.

I hope that makes sense now.
