Hi:
The Intel AX211/AX210 will definitely not work.
The AX200 may work but most likely not.
You also have another issue...the RTL8821CE only needs one antenna wire to work, and HP only installed one antenna wire in your notebook.
Any better performing Wi-Fi card would require two antenna wires.
In conclusion I would not recommend trying to upgrade the internal card to a better one.
You can use a USB AX Wi-Fi adapter instead.

I wouldn't know for sure, because no one has tried to upgrade the Wi-Fi cards in the 15-db0xxx model series.
Either card should have a chance of working.
What I can tell you is that HP installed the Intel AX200 non-vPro card in my HP 15-ee0047nr notebook which has an AMD Ryzen 5 4500U processor, so the card will work in notebooks with an AMD processor.
I would try that card before the Realtek 8852BE because it is a much more reliable card.
This is the part number/SPS number of the card HP installed in my notebook:
Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX200 ax 2×2 + Bluetooth 5.0 MU-MIMO M.2 2230 non-vPro HP part #L35282-005
If you add a second antenna wire the Bluetooth will work and you may have better Wi-Fi reception.
Without the second antenna wire there would be no Bluetooth reception.
