I would like to know what WiFi card I can order as my old one seems to have died.
i have Win 10 and my laptop is ProBook 455 G3 which I love dearly!
I can get WiFi with a cable connected but not otherwise.
The old card is HP 792204-001 but is this enough to re order or is other numbering required??

See if this dual band card works in your notebook:
It would be an upgrade to the Realtek RTL8723BE Wi-Fi card that quit working.
Realtek RTL8821CE 802.11 ac 1×1 Wi-Fi + Bluetooth 4.2 Combo Adapter (MU-MIMO supported) HP part # L17365-005
I can't think of any reason why it wouldn't.

You're very welcome.
eBay UK:
It makes no difference what model notebook they came from.
They were not offered as an option in your notebook's model series according to chapter 3 of the service manual, so you won't find any for a ProBook 455 G3 listed.

Anytime.
Glad to have been of assistance.
Please post back and let us know how your notebook's Wi-Fi card upgrade project went.

Be really careful when removing and reattaching the thin and delicate antenna wire.
