Yes it has wifi card. Its specs
https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c06160715
which shows it has Realtek RTL8821CE 802.11b/g/n/ac (1x1) Wi-Fi® and Bluetooth® 4.2 Combo.
Machine came with FreeDOS 2.0 therefore you need to install Windows 10 drivers for wifi and Bluetooth using the following drivers
(a) Wifi: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp98501-99000/sp98918.exe
(b) BT : https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp97001-97500/sp97062.exe
Regards.
