HP ZBook 15 G3 Base Model Mobile Workstation

Hallo all. Recently I bought nice Zbook 15 G3 as an used laptop. As far as I started to use it more and more, I figured out some issues with this laptop. I bought it with installed Win 11, but now it's Win 10 Pro.
1. After wake up system after sleep mode there is no Internet connection at all, system does not see the WiFi card on board. I need to reboot the computer to have Internet connection and there is no issues until it sleeps again. I tried already reinstall system, Win 10 and Win 11 works same with the issue. I tried many diffrent settings and drivers from HP and Intel and also from HP and another forums, but issue is not solved. So I tried to update BIOS, but this is not helmping at all, causing anohter problems.
2. After updating BIOS I faced problem with Hot Keys from display backlight. The shortcut does reply with an error without any explanation, just the popup window with button "OK". For some reasons left Ctrl didn't responded also. I set the default settings at BIOS and installed BIOS it again with overwrite BIOS on top of the same version (always the latest from HP website, 01.62 Rev.A). Now, left Ctrl button works properly, but the hot key still does not. Rest hot keys works properly. Problem with sleep and internet stays same.

Drivers from HP support website are installed for keyboard, hot keys, wirelles button, and also for WiFi. Program HP Support Assistant does not give any onther drivers to be installed. All updated drivers from Windows Update are also installed. Do anyone have clue what is happening?
