My Wifi adapter Ralink RT3290 , which is not working right now.I had it replaced twice already. Again its not working. Its completely hardware problem. Is there any possibilities to change it to any other non RALINK brand and if Yes, would it make any whitelist problem? In this scenario what should i do to get it fixed.
Thanks in Advance.

Hi:
There should be no whitelist in your PC, so you can install any compatible wlan card you want.
Since your PC has an Intel core processor, I suggest you install the Intel 7260 dual band N card, and if you have an AC router, than the 7260 AC.
First make sure your notebook has two wireless antennas present. I think with the Ralink card, it does.
Here are suggested replacements with HP part numbers.
You can probably get them used but in tested and working condition on eBay pretty cheap.
Query by the HP part number, not by the model of the card.
AC:
Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260 802.11 ac 2x2 WiFi + BT 4.0 HP Part # 710661-001
N:
Intel Dual Band Wireless-N 7260AN 802.11 a/b/g/n 2x2 WiFi + BT4.0 HP part # 717381-001
Here is a discussion where another forum member upgraded the wireless card in a Pavilion 15-e045sa, which is basically the same model as yours, successfully, with an unsupported wlan card.
