I have a HP 250 G6 NOTEBOOK[i3-6th gen]

I want ot upgrade my 2.4 ghz module to 5 ghz

I have Realtek Rtl8723DE module.

BY which module can I upgrade my laptop?

Hi:

There is only one model Wi-Fi adapter where both the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth will both work with the single antenna wire your notebook comes with, and that is this one...

The card has a maximum throughput of 433 MBPS on the 5.0 GHz Wi-Fi band with an AC router and an excellent signal.

You can find this model on eBay, or Ali Express. 

I see some Intel 3165 cards listed on the eBay listings, so don't buy those.

On the Ali Express listings, make sure the card has the HP Part # of 915620-001.

Do other wifi modules support?
I want a vt 5.0 with 5 ghz wifi band.
Can you recommend a module supporting thses?

Hi:

Since your notebook only has one Wi-Fi antenna wire, no other dual band Wi-Fi adapters will work correctly unless you add a second antenna wire, which would require you to completely disassemble the notebook including the display panel area to properly run a second antenna wire.

You would also need to order the antenna wire kit listed in chapter 3 of your notebook's service manual.

Not worth all that work in my opinion.

But if you want to go through all that trouble, you can experiment with this card which may work:

You can find the above model on eBay.

Search by the HP part number not the model of the wifi card.
