Product: HP Pavilion 590-p0086

I have a Hp Pavilon Desktop 590-p0086 and an Oculus Quest 2, I want to connect my quest 2 to my pc using either link cable or airlink, but the issue is the integrated graphics card is incompatible, I considering buying an GTX 1080 for the best vr performance that I can get with my current budget.  So would this work or should I consider a different GTX version, because I read the 1050 does work correctly.
