envy 17t

I'm trying to record videos onto a cd disk. My data is about 20GB so plan on using 25GB capacity disks.  Want to know if the CD burner on my HP envy will do this.

What is your Envy 17t machine ?  Please use the following way to find out:

Normally NO, ODD's for notebooks support CD's, DVD's and may be DL only.

Regards.

Thanks for reply.   Not sure how model # helps,  but in any case, I found out standard oem drives do blue ray.   HP's documentation is a little shaky,  but it's c lear they're very different . Thanks, though, for your help1
