Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Merhaba HP Pavilion g6-2305st Notebook'um var. Windows 10'a yükseltmiştim fakat AMD Radeon HD 7670m 2GB ekran kartım çalışmıyor. Oyunlarda düşük FPS alıyorum. Windows 8.1'e ise geri dönemiyorum lütfen yardımcı olun.

Hi:

Unfortunately, there is no W10 driver for the AMD/Intel switchable graphics adapters, so there is no way to get that graphics combination to work.

There is a way you can go back to W8.1 but it would require clean installing W8.1.

If you want to do that, let me know and I will give you the steps to reinstall W8.1 by using the W8 product key in your notebook's BIOS.

I would need to know what version of W10 you have installed...the regular W10 Home or the W10 Home Single Language.

Merhaba, geç cevap verdiğim için kusura bakmayın.

W10 Home Single Language sürümünü kullanıyorum. W8.1 sürümüne dönmek istiyorum fakat dosyalarımı yedeklemem gerekiyor mu yoksa Windows otomatik olarak yedekliyor mu?

Teşekkürler

Hi:

You are going to have to back up your files onto a portable hard drive/USB flash drive because reinstalling Windows 8.1 will require you to clean install it, so no backups from Windows 10 to W8.1 can be made.

Here's how to clean install W8.1 Single Language by using the W8 Single Language key in your notebook's BIOS...

Install W8.1 by creating the Microsoft installation media, using another Windows PC, if yours is not working...You want the W8.1 Single Language 64-bit ISO file.

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows8ISO

Use the free Rufus utility to transfer the ISO file to a USB flash drive so that it is bootable.

Rufus - Create bootable USB drives the easy way

Since your notebook has a UEFI BIOS, you can set up Rufus the way you see it in the illustration on the Rufus website.

Boot from the installation media you made.

If you are asked to enter a product key during the installation process, use this generic key.

This is the generic key for W8.1 Single Language

Y9NXP-XT8MV-PT9TG-97CT3-9D6TC

When you get to the screen that asks, 'Where do you want to install Windows,' delete every partition on the hard drive, leaving just one partition of unallocated space. Click Next, and W8.1 should begin to install.

If you had to enter the generic key, manually change the generic product key to the W8 key in your PC's BIOS in the PC settings menu.

After you get W8.1 installed, and you had to manually enter the W8.1 generic product key, you will need to run the free utility I zipped up and attached below, that will show you show the W8 product key in your PC's BIOS.

Then you can install the available drivers and software from your PC's support page.
