Sorry, but we are NOT HP Tech Support, so we have no capability of providing any kind of remote support.
Besides, no one can actually do this remotely since the PC has to reboot repeatedly during the upgrade and that reboot will break any kind of remote connection.
Your best bet is really to take the laptop to a local laptop repair facility and have them do it for you -- realizing it will cost to have that done. Last time I checked on this locally, it was around $150 to have this done, excluding any new or upgraded hardware needed.
