Hello HP Support,

 

i install Windows 10 20H2 new on my system. Everything is working. Only the fingerprint don`t work. On the driverlist for my Notebook, i don't find the correct driver. Can everybody help me?

Hi:

 

HP does not release any drivers until the new versions of W10 have been released to market.

 

This is the latest driver for the fingerprint sensor and it says it is good for W10 v2004...

You'll have to wait then until the W10 October update is released to the public, and HP has time to release updated drivers on the support pages.
