Hey guys,
I just had bestbuy install a new 2tb samsung 980 pro ssd with a clean install of windows 10 into my 2022 HP - Spectre 2-in-1 16" UHD+ Touch-Screen Laptop - Intel Evo Core i7 - 16GB Memory - Intel Arc A370M - 1TB SSD - Nightfall Black Model:16-f1023dx Laptop and for some reason the camera doesnt work. Its not due to the shutter being closed but rather a driver issue. The problem is that there is no webcam driver for this computer on HP's driver website.
I did all the windows updates and even installed everything from HP's support driver website where it detects whats drivers you have installed and what is missing but still nothing.
Any Advice?

If it was working when you took it to Best Buy then I would say there is a good chance they somehow disconnected it in the process of installing your SSD. If you needed their help to install the SSD there is not much we can tell you to try that is likely to help that you have not already done.

I only took it to bestbuy to install a new ssd with windows 10 is because I was being lazy and didnt want to spend 2+ hours to install a new ssd with a fresh windows 10 install and all the updates and programs. I have totaltech so its free to do so.
I could easily replace the ssd but i value time. I know this is a software related issue and if i have a driver, im sure that will fix the problem.
