Thanks for being patient, just got an update from the concerned team. Request you to open task manager on your computer by press Ctrl + Alt + Del or by doing a right-click on the taskbar on the bottom. 

Once the task manager is opened. 

Go trough the startup items. 

Enable all the HP application on startup and let me know if it helped.

The latest Windows 10, version 1709 (also known as the Fall Creators Update) update has fixed this isuue which the previous update broke!
