Hi Wallybrite,
sorry for the confusion. I clicked the REPLY button and thought it would be a general reply/post to the thread here.
Anyway, attaching pictures and stuff is easy. Once you are in the reply menu, where you can type your answer message, you can click on a few buttons in a bar above your text window. There you can attach files and photos. A previous response has been posted related to the same question earlier in this thread, if you go through the answers by Decipher, you should find it, too.
Best regards,
T

Hi Riddle_Decipher,
I had a look at the link you gave me. It talks about some "switchable graphics" option in the catalyst software.
However, this option does not appear in my catalyst display as you can see from the screenshot below. Can you help me further?
Maybe I don't have switchable graphics and maybe I can't make any changes to my graphics card?
I know my GPU uses shared memory but I still don't know whether I can decrease the amount of memory it uses and if so, where to make those adjustments.

Thank you for responding,
It's great to have you back 😉
Most HP notebooks go with switchable graphics, however, the services are system managed,
There are a few settings you could control, such as power plans, etc...
By default, a computer with Dynamic Mode switchable graphics uses the integrated, or power-saving, GPU for most applications. The computer will automatically switch to the discrete, or high-performance, GPU when an application requires more performance.
If I have helped you resolve the issue,
Feel free to give me a virtual high-five by clicking the 'Thumbs Up' icon
Followed by clicking on 'Accepted as Solution'
And Have a great day ahead!

Hi ThomasDudak86. You have indeed resolved my issue of attaching photos to messages. The diagram of the toolbar helped greatly. Wonder if you managed to see the photos i attached and if so, do you recognise the part in the photo? It maybe a scanner shutter, or a toner guide. If someone knows this will help greatly as i need to reattach this part (which was lying loose below the toner cartridge) back where it came from and since that time i have not bee able to print only getting blank pages.
does anyone recognise this black plastic structure (very lightweight) . Can be the scanner/laser shutter or the toner guide or indeed something else altogether. Cheers for any assistance given
