Recently I bought a SSD Drive (WD Black SN750 m2 2280) of 1TB memory ROM capacity, but I don't know why my laptop could not read. It was realle easy to open my laptop, install de new memory but now that I'm trying to formatting it and install my Windows 10 Home on that SSD I couldn't. The BIOS has not recognized it, not Windows or Ubuntu SO. I don't know if it is a compatability problem or my laptop just not support that SSD (for some reason) because I look for it with all the specs that fits to my laptop, but doesn't know if something are limiting it. Please some technical support would really be very helpful, HP Support lines never answer to me until now.

Hi:
Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook.
http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c05705784
The supported drive types can be found in chapter 1.
According to the manual, the M.2 slot supports SATA drives only, not NVMe.
