I'm having trouble with the Hewlett-Packard Development Company, L.P. - Keyboard - Standard 101/102-Key or Microsoft Natural PS/2 Keyboard for HP Hotkey Support driver. Everytime I click the check button and then download and install, it takes me back to the main update page and says I have no new updates. When I click update history, it shows that I've already downloaded it, but I think my laptop doesn't actually recognize it as downloaded. I'd like to play Minecraft with shaders, but because of this I can't install the latest version of the game.
I'm on an HP Pavilion Laptop running the latest version of Windows 10. I've already tried restarting, coding scripting, and manually downloading it. I've talked to three tech experts and none of them could find out what the issue was. I've also already done some looking and apparently this is a common issue with the new Windows 10 update. I'd love to know if there's any way to work around this!

Hi:
Yes, I kept getting that update over and over again. Tried several times to install it with negative results.
Clearly the update was not meant for many PC's, so this is what I did to make that update go away...
Download and run the Hide Windows Update troubleshooter from the link below.
How to temporarily prevent a driver update from reinstalling in Windows 10 (microsoft.com)
The troubleshooter will show that update. Just check the box to hide it.
