Dear all,
I'm asking for your help fixing the following issue.
Laptop won't boot Windows 10 anymore after several Blue Screens, any restore/recovery option will result in error messages indicating a broken hard disc ("File not found" , "Restore not possible").
How do I replace the harddisc with all content when the filesystem is damaged already? Is there any way to have it replaced by HP Support for a fee?
Thanks

You can easily replace the hard drive but once the drive is bad like that it is not likely possible to clone or copy all the content. Possibly some or even most of the files can be recovered, however. This is why backups are important. Post back if you want specific step-by-step help.
