Hello everybody,

 

I have a problem, I did the lastest Windows update and now  the camera and bluetooth are missing.

 

The bottom of the bluetooth is missing and the camera can't work.

 

I try everything, uninstall, install the lastest update but nothing works. 

 

Can you help me please ?

The product number is 5GT02GEA#ABF.

 

I found where the problem is, in the panel control when I look for the bluetooth and the camera, the code 45 appears.

 

I search everywhere but I can't find a solution...

In that case, I would suggest you roll back to the previous version.

If you installed Windows 10 in the past ten days, you have the option to return to the version of Windows you were using before the upgrade. Use the Go Back feature in Windows 10 to restore Windows 8 or Windows 7 on your computer.
