Microsoft Windows 11

Model Number:  15s-fq0004na

Hi, I bought this new laptop and it has 4gb ram. The windows task manager says the following:

Speed: 2400 MHZ

Slots used: 1 of 1

I was hoping to upgrade the laptop ram as it has become slow when performing basic tasks.

Whats the max ram I can install in this and how many slots are there in this laptop.
Thanks

Hi:

Your notebook has one memory slot and according to the service manual can support 1 x 8 GB of DDR4 memory.

HP 15-f0000 Laptop PC - Setup and User Guides | HP® Support

It may be possible since your notebook has an Intel® Pentium® Silver N5030 processor, it may support 1 x 16 GB of memory.
