HP Probook 440 G10 i7

i am trying to do the in-place upgrade from Win10 to Win11 from the SCCM Task sequence. its failed after the first step when it reboots and tries to access the NVME, any suggestion?

Is your laptop's main storage device near full capacity? That would certainly cause a failure to update.

 

I suggest using the Windows 11 media creation utility to create a USB Windows 1 installer.

Save your files and other data to an external storage device.

 

Drivers for Windows 11 are available at your laptop's HP driver and software download web document.

I have to use SSCM Task sequence for the in-place upgrade to Windows 11. 

Below is the information which i got from the log file, its not allowing the partition for HP Probook 440 G10 model, the Task sequence works fine for Elitebook 645 G10 model. i think i am missing some setting in the 440 G10 Bios setting
