 Hello,

last night my computer tried updating to windows 11 on its own. I got on my computer and this was what I was left with as you can see it says either press F1 or F2 to agree or disagree every time I try pressing them my computer makes a strange beeping sound. I am tried restarting my computer or turning it on and off but nothing seems to get me out of this situation. Ever key I press seems to have the laptop make the same sound as a response.

@Arianna7

The ROT is we won't leave machine on it won during any updates/upgrades. Now please build instillation Media and try again using

         https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows11

During the installation process, it will ask you to Keep users data/files and programs.  This is default option but please make sure to check it.

Regards.

I appreciate your help but the issue is that my computer won’t do anything besides show this screen. I don’t know how to get my computer to go back to normal. It doesn’t even show the

HP logo when I try to restart it it just sends me straight to the screen and I am stuck on it.
