So I went through the process of upgrading my HP laptop from windows 10 home to windows 11. Everything was going great. My computer rebooted and on the screen it said if your ready to upgrade to windows 11 press F1 to put computer in temporary security mode. If you don't want to upgrade to windows 11 press F1. I pressed F1 and now all's I get is a black screen. If gone into the diagnostic and ran every test and all the system, component and error tests all passed. But still when I turn the computer on you will see HP on the screen and the circle showing the comp booting up and and then it's a black screen again. The windows home screen or my log in screen doesn't appear. I'm stumped and really need help. Here's some screenshots of my computer model. It wouldn't let me post screenshot so in the reply section I wrote down my computer info

Hi:

The only suggestion I can offer, would be to use the HP cloud recovery tool to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC.

Here is an info link for how to use the utility.  You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive.

HP Consumer PCs - Using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool in Windows 11 and 10 | HP® Customer Support

Since you will have to use the tool on another PC to create the installation media, you will need to enter your PC's product number in the tool's search window to create the recovery media.

Your PC's product number is:  3ZH88UA#ABA

You will lose all data currently stored on the hard drive using this method of recovery.
