Hi:
You need this driver for both devices...
This package contains the driver that enables the Intel Dynamic Platform and Thermal Framework firmware. Intel Dynamic Platform and Thermal Framework provide system temperature and power utilization information for the system thermal protection to function properly. This package is provided for supported notebook models running a supported operating system.

Hi:
The only suggestion I can offer since I know that is the driver you need would be to try installing the devices manually.
Do the 1903 device first and then do the same thing for the 3400 device...
Go to the device manager, click on the 1903 device. Click on the driver tab. Click on Update Driver.
Select the browse my computer for driver software option and browse to the driver folder that was created when you ran the file.
That folder will be located in C:\SWSetup\sp75506.
Make sure the include subfolders box is checked and see if the driver installs that way.
Then do the same for the 3400.
Here is a partial copy and paste of the driver setup information folder found inside that package, which shows W7 driver support for both of those hardware ID's.
