Hi, I have HP ENVY x360 Convertible which my son was using for online class. A message came up saying Windows Defender Security Warning- ACCESS TO THIS PC HAS BEEN BLOCKED FOR SECURITY REASONS.
CONTACT WINDOWS SUPPORT. An audio messages has been shouting "do not shut down or restart the computer". The message further says that my personal information such as email credentials, banking password, Facebook, Pictures, and document is compromised.
