Product: HP Pavilion Laptop 15-cs3xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Windows Hello Face  which has been working flawlessly for months has suddenly stopped working.  I get a message "We couldn't find a camera compatible with Windows Hello Face".  I haven't changed any settings but have updated Windows recently.  I have tried a number of solutions given by Microsoft here.

My Notebook has a an installed HP IR Camera active.

What is your HP Pavilion Laptop 15-cs3xxx  ? Does it have IR/3D camera for Hello Facial Recognition ?

Hi Banhien, thanks for your reply.  Yes it does have IR camera which has been operating well with Hello Face until this week.
