When I try to set up the Windows hello with fingeprint, it stuck here.

Broken fingeprint?

Did you buy Finger Print option ? Otherwise it only has finger print cover BUT does not have sensor underneath. If you wish, you can buy part # M36397-001 and install to your machine.

Hi and thanks for your reply, 

It's a built-in fingerprint reader, it worked fine until I updated to Windows 11, drivers on control panel seems all right (under biometric)
