Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi,

 

I am using a HP EliteBook 640 14 inch G10 Notebook PC IDS Base Model laptop and Windows hello doesn't work.

Failure: No camera was found that is compatible with Windows Hello Face

 

I am using Windows 11 Pro 23H2 build 22631.3593 64-bits.

I also used HP Support Assistant and installed all drivers, but after that it still doesn't work.

Can anyone help me with this?
