Windows Hello suport

Does the HP Elitebook 840 G4 and G6 Webcam and Fingerprint support Windows Hello? This is not clear in the manual.

Webcam is optional:  720p HD webcam (optional)

Note:  Camera on this model (if included as an option) is not IR (must be IR to be compatible with Windows Facial Recognition)

Camera options available:  720p HD camera; HD IR webcam

You need precise model name / product number information to find out which options are included in which models.

Finding your Product Name, Product Number, or Serial Number

Please do NOT post the serial number.

If you have the serial number,

PartSurfer might be able to tell you exactly which parts came with your computer.
