Omen 15-en165ng
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello there from germany!

I have bought the laptop with freeDos installed, managed to install Windows 10. I was able to download the diagnostics tool and test the components about funtionality.

Unfortunately, the Windows-key on my Omen Laptop keyboard seems not to work. It says i should change the keyboard or check for actual drivers.

I then tried to download drivers for the whole laptop from the hp support website, but it seem to hang up while

showing the message "HP is compiling your results. This could take up to 3 minutes, depending on your computer and connection speed. Thank you for your patience."

I was very patient and waited hours! 😜

Is there any chance to get the actuall drivers for all components from a different source?
