Hello.I keep gettig this error code when i try to do this windows update.• HP Development Company, L.P. - System - 5/26/2017 12:00:00 AM - 6.0.21.1 - Error 0x800f0247.

 

Can any one help with this update and why it is not updating.

The date and time are correct on my PC.

The windows update is not installing and te error code come up with it.

Download Windows 10 Updates Troubleshooter Tool from Microsoft

Run it and click on "Hide updates" option and you'll be able to hide desired update  in the list.

Could you please let us know the reason why the desired update should be hided...? And as well as request you to please share the info regarding what actually this update is for...??

One theory at this point is the update is being pushed to machines that do  not need it thus it won't install and gives the error. Until the update is corrected- if you don't want to keep getting the error Hide it per MS instructions that were given to another member.

Thank you for your reply regarding windows update.

 

I will hide the update from Microsoft untill they sorting out this update when working propley on my system.
