Hi @Akash_saxena088,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It seems like you're encountering a Code 19 error, indicating that there's an issue with the configuration information in the registry related to your USB port. Here are some steps you can take to try and resolve this issue.
- Restart your computer: Sometimes a simple restart can fix minor software glitches.
- Update USB drivers: Outdated or corrupted USB drivers can cause issues. You can update drivers through Device Manager in Windows. Right-click on the Start button, select "Device Manager," expand the "Universal Serial Bus controllers" section, right-click on each USB controller, and select "Update driver."
- Rollback drivers: If updating the drivers doesn't work, try rolling back the drivers to a previous version. Follow the same steps as above, but instead of selecting "Update driver," choose "Properties" and then the "Driver" tab. If the option is available, select "Roll Back Driver."
- Uninstall and reinstall drivers: If rolling back the drivers doesn't help, you can try uninstalling the USB drivers completely and then reinstalling them. Again, go to Device Manager, right-click on each USB controller, and select "Uninstall device." After uninstalling, restart your computer, and Windows should reinstall the drivers automatically.
- Check for Windows updates: Make sure your Windows operating system is up-to-date. Sometimes, updates include fixes for hardware issues.
- Check for hardware issues: If none of the above steps work, there may be a hardware issue with your USB port. You can try connecting different USB devices to see if the problem persists.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
