HP Pavilion 15-cs1000tx
Windows key i.e 'win' key on my keyboard of HP Pavilion Notebook is continuously pressed down due to which I am not able to access any other keys. Whenever I press any key, the shortcut associated with that key is executed.
eg. When I press "r" key on my chrome browser or Microsoft Word, the shortcut "Win + r" executes and the run box appears.

This is most often caused by dust or dirt or some other substance getting underneath the key such that the membrane underneath has pressure all the time. IF you can, you should use a bright flashlight to look under the key as best you can to ensure there is nothing there. You can also try cleaning the area with a can of compressed air like you get at office supply stores.
Apart from that, your only other recourse would be to have the keyboard replaced.
