The HP logo that appear on startup of an HP notebook is provided by the BIOS.
An SSD upgrade would not change that.

I mean I changed SSD from 128GB to 256GB SSD and backup personal files only. I reinstalled Windows 10 and the Windows logo appear on boot and delay 1-2 second before Windows logo appear, but normally is must HP logo.
Or it caused by non HP OEM?

OK.
You will need to install the latest BIOS version.
With modern UEFI BIOS, part of the firmware is actually stored in a folder on the storage device (SSD).
That is what is missing from the new installation and may be why you are no longer seeing the HP logo when you boot up your notebook.
Here is a hyperlink to the HP drivers and software portal for your notebook.

I did not say anything about the HP Support Assistant relative to your notebook.
Lets not lose track of our path in the forest.
It was a BIOS link that I provided as a possible solution to the issue you described.
I suggest running the BIOS software file and then booting back up afterwards to check what you see.

I would prefer that we take one thing at a time.
How about the issue that is described in the subject of this thread.
I proposed something for you to try.
Did you try it and what was the result?
