Hi, so my PC turned blue light and said Automatic Repaired failed. I tried all the trouble shooting options on the screen and it didn’t work, so I came to the decision to reinstall Windows 11.

 

The problem is I cannot install it because of the BitLocker, so my friend hit clean all the data on the driver. Windows 11 has been installed now, but since the data on the driver is cleaned, there is no additional driver now, no mouse, no touchable screen, and no wifi. We’ve tried to install drivers by an USB, but every time installing something it doesn’t appear in the computer (it said successfully but we can’t find it), or unable to install. Please help me on what to do now. Thank you.

Hi:

 

Go to the device manager, and there should be a device labeled as a Network Controller which is what Windows names the Wi-Fi adapter when it needs a driver.

 

Post the hardware ID for the Network Controller, and I will post the link to the driver you need for it.
