Product: Spectre x-360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I updated Windows 10 and the Spectre x-360`s BIOS via "HP Support Assintant" and cleared the TPM. Despite that Windows still asking for the TPM firmare update. I also tried to upgrade the BIOS according directions from HP SUPPORT COMMUNICATION- SECURITY BULLETIN HPSBHF03568 rev. 7 - Infineon TPM Security Update. However, even trying several times,  the provided Spectre x-360 update for Infineon Trusted Platform Module (sp84457.exe) appears the message "This BIOS update is blocked on this device".  Someone can help me please?

You are attempting to use the wrong update. Your model is Spectre x360 w055nr. It uses this file.

The Bulletin appears to have the wrong download. It doesn't match the column which lists the Sp you need.
