No, it doesn't.  I have an appt with Microsoft Answer Desk Tier 2 tomorrow.  Hopefully, they can remote in and fix the issue.  When (or if) they do, I'll post the steps.

I have this same issue. Ive tried everything windows10 64 27inch all in one HP cpu. Get it together please. This has been going on for years NOW!!!
