Product: HP Laptop PC 14-d2000 (2P5F4AV)

I keep getting this error from the Windows update Install error - 0x80070103

It's to do with the Realtek Extensions. I have done everything I can think of to resolve this to no avail.

The Microsoft website didn't offer any helpful ideas either
