After installation finishes from USB to HDD, you can change back the boot order to HDD from BIOS:

Hi,

Since you upgraded to Windows 10 Home previously and activated it successfully, you can create UEFI bootable Windows 10 64 bit installation USB using Microsoft windows media creation tool and do a clean installation by booting from it: https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/1950-clean-install-windows-10-a.html

Windows will be automatically activated after installation while connected to internet

You may need to disable secure boot from BIOS to boot from USB
