Product: Energy Star
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My mouse does not work right.  I cannot get it to get to the target, it hesitates and I have to try over and over to get it to get to the Target.  This happens to the key board too.   Have tried everything possible.  Even the Computer Tech cannot fix it. Please help.     Have posted this Help before but cannot get back to the reply from anyone..

Model HP 15 Notebook PC

Windows 10

Erratic mouse, cannot control of focus it

Software & Hardware up to date checked by Best Buy geeks & other Techs

All sorts of troubleshooting done by them but this mouse & touch has confounded them. Keyboard touch in place of mouse acts the same as mouse, cannot focus the arrow it jumps all over the place.
