Product: HP Wireless Mouse 200
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The battery cover on my wireless mouse keeps falling off. The mouse was bought on-line and I cannot find how to report the issue due to the serial number not being recognized. I cannot get a link to talk to a human to discuss (web/chatbots are fine as far as they go but at some point it should put the query to a queue for a person to answer). The mouse is used by my daughter for home schooling and this is now causing an issue so would like it resolving quickly.
